http://turner-engineering.co.uk/ Turner has cranks. The rest you can source here through George @ RDS or Trevor at Rovahfarm. RN can get you anything you need as long as you know the part number.

Their website doesn't show it sometimes but I usually find the part I need through http://www.landroverworkshop.com/diagrams and then plug it into RN's site. It will more than likely be backordered but they will get it

Might want to check with diesel_jim by PM here in the forum.
He lives in the UK so he probably uses local sources for parts without having to go through multiple people to take a piece out of your wallet.

He's been an excellent source of info for me since 2002.

Go to the Search function in the blue ribbon above this thread, select advance search. Search by user name.

When a vehicle is made from parts that span the whole 30 years Defenders have been around, yes, you can find your own

Yeah adding a/c, auto trans, power windows, central locking, heated seats with air bladder lumbar, 3 rows of forward facing leather seats with over the shoulder reel seat belts, etc to an early 1983 can be punishing.
