No such thing was ever sold. They sold a NAS soft top carpet kit, but never one for a NAS SW. Plenty of aftermarket kits are sold of varying quality and price.

carpet set

When I bought my SW, one of the first things I did was rip out the old, moldy carpet and replace it. At the time, Rovers North had a replacement set that was the same or nearly the same as the original.

Even the rubber mat is expensive. There has to be a better or at least cheaper way of protecting the load space.

All kinds of rubber from this place that you could use for the rear.

http://www.floormatcompany.com/default.aspx?

I used the Elephant Bark - 1/4"

$40 and easy to cut.

For the carpet - had a local guy make me new set (used old as template) - color off a bit but better quality - think that was about $400 or so.

do one of you "vintage" guys happen to know the company that made the carpet for the defenders? i really need help on this.

if it helps anyone that has a set.... i am going to spend $2000 on "modern carpet" so i will pay you that much for your set.

I've got a complete set of black carpet from a Defender 90 Td5.
Very nice condition! Just the floor mats (front) are missing as he had rubber mats (can supply them also).

Don't know what it cost to sent it to the USA

Just realized I have the rear loadspace mat in carpet (came with my 90 that I purchased from Stu!). Be happy to sell you it. Just note that it does have a hole cut in by PO to accommodate the rear bench bracket. Also, the backing on the carpet is disintegrating. Below is the part (not mine, just for reference).
