Worse. My knob is glued in the off position with epoxy. Dad switched the lines and difflock seems to work, just need a switch. That would be great Jeff

Trey - I thought I had a spare in a box in the garage but I can not seem to find it.

You should put your request out to a better - more LT95 friendly - forum. Search the Stage One BBS (http://www.stage1v8.org.uk/phpBB3/) or try to troll the UK second hand parts dealers. I am sure your Dad can make room in one of them fancy containers for a little old switch.

Trey, check out tntlr. they have been in the process of closing down for a while, but still list FRC5656 for reasonable money. Or go mechanical.

Edit: Or something like post 14: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/isuzu-land...version-2.html

my actuator seems fine. Dad was able to get it to lock and unlock by switching the vaccum around, just need the shifter/switch. Dad can't have anything smaller than a pallet delivered to the stuffing warehouse where his containers load. I'll try TLR, dad knows Bill.

T, I had another Q in to Bill at TNTLR and asked about the switch. No dice.

Jeff,

I managed to get the knob/shifter to move in and out. I used a marine product I had on hand called Bond Breaker that is meant to break the bond of 3M 5200, a marine adhesive/caulk. I worked some of that in and with persistence broke the bond of what ever the brits had it glued with. I followed up with some CRC Knock'er Loose and with some more gentle persistence its working freely.

The bigger question in my mind is why did they disable the difflock in the first place.
