Hazards work intermittently and the blinkers don't work at all.

Push it in and pull it out out 10 times and report back. If that does not work, take it out and spray some contact cleaner in there and keep operating it.

They can be disassembled, but at this point maybe replacing it would be easier.

Have you diagnosed the switch with a test light? (you can google a procedure). Last time I had the trouble, I fixed it by cleaning the connections at the "big fuses" under the hood.
