NTO Heated Windscreen

Some time back one of the big vendors down south was selling a whack of NTO heated windscreens complete with frame, white colour. Any of those left?

They were NTO from the defense contractor out of Georgia I believe. Building armored vehicles.

Yeah you are right. Found the old thread, but they were all non-heated. So, anyone have a heated NTO windscreen up for grabs? Harness included if possible?

I don't think that guy from Georgia got any further than talking about wiring harnesses for them.

put the heated pads on the backs of your mirror glass and wire them in to it.

The defender exterior mirror is its weak spot when driving around in snow and ice storms

True, true. But then, the drivers door window is so fogged up it doesn't matter! Can't see the mirror anyways ....

Thanks for all these great suggestions, guys!

An optimum configuration would be a heated windshield with the windshield vents capped off or diverted to the side like the Defendervent does. Heated mirrors would be super luxe.

Without an AC compressor I find the defrosting abilities of a normal car to be terrible, let alone a LAND ROVER!

The heated mirrors are on my list, not expensive either.

I've bought my last MudUK stuff through Erik @ Lucky8.
I'm going to check with him about getting DefenderVent and the heated mirror kit.
