No Va Welder to cut down Discovery Frame to 88"

I am considering a cutdown Discovery frame for my 88 Station Wagon.

Any recommendations for Northern Virginia?

By the time you add all the costs of custom work in parts and labor you would have been better off with a new frame from RN or AB... Maybe even galvanized.

Lawrence, if you want to discuss the pros/cons of this or see a 109" on a 110 frame, send me an email. I was going to use a RRC LWB frame for my 109" project and it would have been a lot more work.

As the others say if you rate planning on paying someone to do this in our area you are better off getting a new coiler frame.

Now if you do it yourself, it's cheap but a ton of work
