New England Winch Bumpers

Anyone have anything laying around? I'm really aiming for a Rockware (sans brush guard) and will likely purchase one very soon, but I figured it would be worth poking around to see what people have laying around.

Planning on going with a superwinch (Rock 98), so extra points for that!

Rusty ugly what? Rockware? Might be worth it to have it galvanized and powdercoated.

Keith has a rockware he's hiding from me? After I drove those wheels up for him?! I didn't even get a sticker!

Badass R&P damage.

Matt may have mentioned this as he did when I bought mine. You might rethink the powder coating. What I remember Matt telling me is if it gets knocked in the trail it's tough to match with a rattle can. I went with rattle can and haven't had any issues whereas my safari gard rear bumpers which are PC have started to flake on the bottom edges. Just 2 cents I know you didn't ask for.

Much better to have it galvanized, and painted.

This. Powder looks great and for the most part holds up well but if I was to do it again I would have just sprayed mine with Rustoleum in the large grey can. Have Matt ship it raw and do it yourself to save a few bucks

Galvanizing is the way to go if you have access to it. If you do a group run its pretty cheap and there's nothing better.

Maybe, idk. I've smacked mine a bunch and material is so thick and solid I can't imagine it ever deteriorating. "Back in the day" Ive seen galvy chassis' painted where the paint did not cooperate. My understanding is you need to hit it while the galvy is warm. Don't know if that's really true or not.

If you aren't going to wheel the truck powder coat. If you are use a spray bomb.
