Need volume knob from Pioneer Head Unit

My dog was sitting in the passenger's seat and went to jump across the seat to my side and somehow got his paw under the volume dial on my Pioneer DEH-P5200HD which popped off and I cannot find it anywhere. It is either in the car somewhere or it just flew out the window, but I cannot find it. If you have an old Pioneer head unit that you're replacing and it has a knob on it, please send it my way. Pioneer wanted $30 + $12 for shipping and handling (it weighs maybe an ounce) which I refuse to pay for a piece of plastic that does not have any wires attached to it!
