Shifter knob, sorry I should have made that more clear. How used? Does it move at all once mounted onto the shifter arm?

If yours spins, remove, fill with threadlock, reinstall and let sit overnight.

That should fix it.

Mine is shot, the nut inside is gone and someone tried to epoxy it before. I am open to a used knob as well as long as the threads work on the nut. Anyone?

Found this one one ebay...can someone take a look at the 2nd picture, I was under the impression that these knobs screw on or thread on...doesn't look like there is any threads on the inside? Is this correct?

There is a rubber bushing on the inside. You kind of make your own threads. I recently replaced mine, I think it was less than $5.

Make that 5 pounds.

I bought a few other items at the same time, so I'm not sure exactly, about 15 pounds for it all. It took less than a week to show up Royal Mail. I will say that the new part doesn't fit THAT much tighter than the old one.

Better deals seem to be here:

http://rovahfarm.com/defendergearbox.htm

http://www.safarihp.com/frc8722.html

Both in the US, but at least one is out of stock.
