Need exhaust down pipe for 19j

Looking for a good used exhaust down-pipe (NTC4426 or ESR159) for a turbo diesel (19j) for my Series conversion project. This is the pipe that connects to the engine and I may need the second pipe that it connects to also if you have it. PM me or email to lr88 at aol dot com

Thanks!

I can cut one off of that 1984 110 if that will help.

Hey Robert - yes that would help as long as the upper end is good. I hope to adapt it to the rest of the Series exhaust at the bottom end.

Series exhaust will be restrictive, but will work.

Yeah, I hope to find someone who can bend pipe and make a copy in a size a half inch larger diameter. Steve Walker in the UK makes an exhaust kit for this conversion but the shipping was way more than the cost of the kit

You'll want 2" pipe minimum.
I have a shop make bolt together flanges, buy mandrel straight, 45deg, and 90deg pipe sections, buy a flex exhaust coupling, cut the ends off a Mercedes 300D muffler and weld one up when the vehicle is on the lift.
It is easy.
The only draw back is the process is time consuming.
The couplings are a triangle made of 1/4" steel with a 2.25" hole in the center. Each corner is rounded and there is a 3/8" X 16 tapped hole in each "corner" on one piece and a hole just large enough for a bolt on the other.
One side is welded to 1 pipe and the mating pipe and the flange bolts together.
Then you can make the whole system in pieces that bolt together, so you can remove sections to pull the transmission and so on.
