Military waterproof wading Snorkel defender, "periscope"

I've looked quite a bit and I can't figure out who makes this snorkel assembly or the part number associated to this military snorkel. I'm mostly interested in the assembly the sits on the wing and vent intake cover. The whole assembly looks better and more solidly built than the typical Mantec snorkels, and it would be easy to trim down the height.

This snorkel ( air intake, wading kit) is mostly used by Royal Marines an Dutch marines and is also known as "periscope" snorkel. I can't find and part number associated with the assembly or manufacturer.

If anyone has info or more information on this, that would be great!

Withams doesn't sell onesey-twosey parts. He might be able to find a box of them at one of their auctions but they are not a parts seller.

A better place to look is P.A. Blanchard:

P.A. Blanchard will provide this for 750GBP for the whole unit assembly. They could also provides parts like the part that mounts on the wing for around 150GBP.

No info on manufacturer or part number
