Madman EMS2 EGT/Boost/Temp Gauge

from the site:

$1300? I see group buys bring the price down. I just need 800 of you guys to get in on this with me so I can afford one.

Not sure where you are looking.... Maybe your currency conversion is off.

MadMan - MadMan EMS2 Unit

R 1760.16 = $150 USD for the gauge. Then whatever for senders.

I figured I did something wrong. But they do have some group buy incentives if someone wants to spear head that venture I'm in. I'm out as the group buy leader for obvious reasons.

I'll send them an email to see if they are available and what the timeframe and total cost with all the necessary sending units would come out to.

I promise not to convert the price to New Zealand Rupees or whatever again.

You have to poke around the site too as they have some cool adapters etc that don't come with the normal "kit".

I ordered it. Installed it. Good stuff.

Currently using it for
- volts
- engine hours
- coolant temp
- oil pressure
- EGT

have not connected the boost sender yet but it's installed.

This pic shows what the OEM 200TDi coolant temperature sending unit will display. I ordered the appropriate VDO 150 sending unit and now everything looks to be reading accurately.

Thats so cool, I will be picking one of these up soon. Hour meter and EGT's 2 birds one stone right there! Glad to see it displays freedom units as well.

why didn't you go with using the EMS2 for your oil pressure and boost pressure? I can see from the website that it can also read those values.

just curious on your thought process.
