The L691 has the 2 screws in the lens.

I was looking at the ones my (and Charles) truck have in clear. The Lucas L594

They are all reproduction. The bulb holder, the plastic boot, the chrome ring, all fake. You cannot buy genuine as they are NLA.

That I don't know...

They have this on their webpage:

Lucas now supply these as clear glass with a colour finish applied to the inside - they look excellent but do not the colour through the glass.as original. Lucas script and England are still pressed into face.
