LT230 Rebuild in US?

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know someone who can rebuild my LT230 here in the US? I know Ashcroft can do it but don't really want to pay shipping both ways.

Best Regards,
Chris

Rob Dassler, forgot the actual name of his business. Ask for the Benetton special t-case treatment.

curious about ZF auto rebuild as well as LT230. I got my t-case and transmission for 20$ The guy I got it from was under the impression there was nothing wrong with them but I'm pretty prepared for them to need some work. I've been cautioned that just taking it to a local transmission shop will probably be a problem and/or be very expensive due to parts and such.
Any idea what one should expect to pay for a rebuild?

Plenty of ZF approved rebuilders out there. See ZF site.

The ZFs almost never go bad and the LT230s only go bad if they are run without oil or if the input shaft wears on the early ones.
