Question Looking for this trim piece

Not sure what it's called but it is the center plastic trim piece that covers the interior light above the rear view mirror. You can see where it cracked just to the left of the garage remote that is attached to it.

My local LR dealer told me that it is no longer made (?). They tried to source it from AB but to no avail. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. Also, what's it called?

thx

Chris

Hi Chris,

Looked up this piece, AWR1564LNF, also found it to be NLA unfortunately. I also couldn't locate a place that made aftermarket versions.

Regards,
Zack

"New Screw Ball Idea - Windshield Trim Anyone"
If this trim is made I would be interested as well

And in Highlands Ranch to boot- perfect. Did we meet a couple of years ago when you and your son were riding bikes on Cottoncreek Dr. (near Lone tree) and I had my black 95 ST parked on the street so we talked Defenders for a while?

Either way, let me know what you want for it and where to come get it. I'm around all weekend and next week. Thanks!

Chris

Must have been someone else, I have a bike and ride in that area but no kids (I mostly stick to the backcountry since it is 2 block to the trails from my house)

I will have to dig them out and see what I paid, will be around this weekend and off all next week.

I am sorry guys, I sidebarred this idea as the thermaform die makers want an huge amount of money for the die.
I hope someone who does thermo-forming can do this and the brake lights. I am neck deep in other things right now and won't be able to circle back to this for awhile.

Doesn't anyone have one of these 3d printers ... Scan object and then print!

Same here. Center portion is cracked. Maybe it could be reglued from the inside? I think I also have cracks on at least one side.

He's put together a number of molds for interior pieces including this light panel I think.

Especially liked his ABS footwell panels.
Say hi for me
