Looking for NAS D90 in North East $35-45k

Looking for a 90 in the north east area but willing to travel particularly if said 90 is at a dealership. Currently have a 2014 Tacoma short bed double cab and would be either selling outright (would move quickly) or trade in.

Prefer soft top, any color (yellow least fav), either trans.

Thanks

You want less that 35K miles? Or $35K dollars? Cash is king. I would look for a well maintained enthusiast 90. Manual or automatic? You don't care but you might want to increase budget if auto as that is "Ferrari of 90's". Western stuff is generally less rust...key.

Good luck with purchase. Check in daily. I would expect we will all be posting finds regularly for your enjoyment. Its what we do. We already have ours!

Sorry, I meant $35k as an ideal price point, realistically $40-45 may be doable.
What do you mean about the auto vs manual - ferrari piece? That autos hold their value better?

Should also add that I'm only interested in NAS trucks.

To be honest something as far as ohio, DC, etc could be a fun road trip.

Anyone can drive an auto so that makes it more desirable to some, not me. Start your search out west, the transport fee will be much less than the costs around salted frames of the east coast trucks. Take your time, they come around often. Best of luck!

Yup an auto is easier. And personally I find more enjoyable from a driver standpoint if you don't want to "hotrod" - metro area. I also like the SW better than ST as road noise is reduced. ST's - it is harder to find a top that actually fits. The auto is one year only so "rarer". West coast results less rust - so that is desirable and drives up the purchase price. Check back daily... Anyway, here is one - no affiliation. Searching is half the fun!

Thanks Xplor, I did reach out on that black one last week but it was already pending sale. That one looked like it would have checked all the boxes.

Come on. You can't just float that out there without more details.

Don't settle and broaden your search area. A plane ticket or two for a personal look-see and shipping a truck back home is WAY cheaper than paying for a frame swap or a new bulkhead and install.

Keep up the faith. The search for a good NAS within your parameters can take some time. Remember, there aren't that many out there.

Beware your increased desire to travel for a dealer listed truck. Some of the biggest train wrecks come out of dealer listings, particularly those that don't specialize in Defenders.

He also has a NAS 110 if you are looking to spend a lot or a nice LHD ROW 200TDI 110 for around $45k.
