Looking for header rail for NAS soft top

Im looking for an affordable Header Rail for my 94 NAS softop. The NAS part number is ALR6777.

The one I have got mangled, and RDS or RN sells them for over $300.

Anybody know the equivalent part number for the slotted version sold in the rest of the world (Not the round channel version)? If anyone has a link to a reputable international supplier, Id be interested in using them. Over $300 for a strip of metal with a slot in it is too much.

Thanks!
Jac

You can check with Chris at Badger.

Badger too expensive

Talked with Chris at Badger Coachworks last year, but his price was higher than Rovers Down South, or Rovers North. After getting a soft top from Badger I can't afford the $300+++ that the big players charge. A good used one is fine with me!

Anybody know the part # the 80's era D90s used in the rest of the world? I hear that is the same pieces as the NAS part.

Thanks,
Jac

There are at least 3 different part numbers for a header rail. I think the chances of finding a used one are low - who stops using theirs? I ahve one, but if I sell it to you my roll cage is useless and now I have to buy one. I think you're going to have to bite the bullet. Its also a cast-aluminum part that isnt really mass produced, so theres not much economy of scale associated with its manufacture, exactly the kind of part youre going to get shafted on.

I have one that may work. It came off a 94 model that was converted to the bed rail type, but what am I looking for to know if would be the one you need?

The piece is the part that goes on top of the windshield. I don't think that part changes when one converts a '94 from snaps to the rail system. I'll try to attach a picture of what I'm looking for.

I was hoping some people who do the soft top to hard top conversion may have one for sale.

Thanks,
Jac
