Looking for harmonic balancer or 3.9/4.0 lower end
Let me know what you guys have.
Long story short, truck was running rough. Changed out a few things, including the fuel fliter and the 90 was still running rough but smoother.
Pops ends up taking it to the mechanic and he finds that the gasket is blown between 2 and 3 cylinder then finds that the crank pulley is wobbling and 22 degrees out. Turns out the bolt was loose and also caused the key (shorthand) egged its slot a little.
So we are going for the harmonic balancer since its only at a 100,000 miles. If that doesnt work then we'll just find a low mileage engine and switch it out.
