Looking for a Series III (or IIA), 109.

Looking for a Series III (or IIA), 109. Ex-Military. Canvas soft top. Left hand drive would be optimal. Not interested in 88s - I need a 109.

Donít want a pretty restored version. Want it gritty and original. I DO need the engine and mechanics to be solid. I can tinker with the cosmetics, but donít wanna mess with any mechanics.

I donít plan on re-painting it as I want the original character to be intact. Would like to avoid camouflage paint if possible but any other color will do. (Ok, in a perfect world it would be matte and desert sand/tan.)

This will be used in southwest florida. Not for daily commute, but fired up on a daily basis for short trips around the island. Itís basically a surf/beach/island vehicle for our family that wonít go faster than 35Mph (island speed limitÖ). No plans to take it off-roading. Yet.

Thanks for your time and for any leads. / Markus

I can help you source an Ex Mod Tithonus. I have done several and I am able to get these trucks inspected with a full report and pics. Let me know if you are interested.
