Looking for a 110

I'm fairly new to Defender searching, so I may not know all the ins and outs. Prefer LHD, but price may dictate a RHD, which is fine. Also prefer working heat/AC. Will be used as a daily driver, so need something with enough power to handle occasional highway driving. Would like a diesel, but that's no deal breaker. Don't mind a bit of a project, but don't want to deal with rust and rot.

If you have one you're thinking of selling, let me know.

Good questions...
5 door and hard top, but might consider soft top. Have to have the second row of seats since I have a kid and cart her around a good deal. Budget has some flex, depending on what I can find.

Not sure if it matters a ton, but I'm in TX.

The toughest part of your trek will be finding time to drive as many of these in the configuration you most admire.

The overall experience is very different. Especially for the passengers. Be careful not to fall in lust with these things and look past the challenging character flaws in the early stages of the dating phase because their looks tend to mesmerize us.

Over the years I've owned several different ones in various configs and they're all great. It just takes time to work through what fits right. Don't be too shy to ask who has what and if they're near enough by to go for a spin or two.

I'm in the mid-cities. Let me know if you need a second set of eyes on whatever you find and good luck!
