I'm looking for this:

I have a 4.0 plenum, don't know how different they are besides the obvious.
A guy told me one time "don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat from around the corner"

Have you tried Will Tillery? I got a 4.6 GEMS plenum from him a while back, and he is in your neighborhood (same state, anyway).
