Sam as a variety of americano cars. 1990s dodge B250 van is the same IIRC.

Bring the old one into a old time NAPS parts store and tell them it's from a 50's Ford Pickup. That was how I got mine. As far as I could tell it was a perfect match and fit right right in no mods needed. It was a several years ago but was only $40. Always remember Land Rover did most things on the cheap so they just took what was available and made it work.
