If I get a puma it would not have been in vain! 2012 pumas sound even better.

Useless, because it's been 6 months and you haven't progressed this at all. A Puma isn't just going to come over here and drop in your lap like some dirty slut at the strip clubs.

Josh you own what, 1 D90? Lets see in the last 10 years I've managed to buy 2 D90's & a NAS110. (not even mentioning my 3 series trucks or my LR3) All of which I've purchased at a price lower than what the original asking price was because I paid cash. In some cases much lower than the original asking price. Just like how some people here find bargain D90's. And considering how long it took you to get your D-90, I'd expect a little understanding considering that. So basically what I'm saying is, if you have the cash, you can wait. The money isn't burning a hole in my pocket but its there when I need it. Plus as a cash buyer, you can negotiate the price with the slip holder rather than wait for his check from some credit union. Just like when you buy a house, wouldn't you rather get the money in 14 days rather than wait 60 day escrow? I'm patient, and I'm waiting for the right one to come along. I know its out there.

Why don't you buy some POS RRC, title it in CA. Then drive it down to Mexico and buy a new one at the dealer. Flop your tag on your new truck and drive it back home across the border. Maybe you can stop in boys town on the way back. They may work with a cash buyer.

Pics or it didn't happen.

I would love to do this with one of the new body style v-8 diesel Range Rovers

No such thing. Production of lhd 110's with the Ford/Puma engine ended last summer. The world has already seen all that rover is gong to produce. The new defender engine is smaller with more emissions equipments to meet 2012 EU requirements.

So was that technically a 2010 or 2011 model year that was the last of the pumas?

One of these days I'm going to just move to the UK...

I thought the new engine was ford too. I know they aren't owned by them anymore but for some reason I thought ford used the new 2.2 as well. Also thought it was just a variant of the puma engine. Same block

What about the left hand drives in Germany? So no 110's there anymore?

I think Doug was just pointing out that for 2012 the trucks were updated again.

Probably a better idea to use your NAS 110 VIN. Still need one of your mexican whores down there to buy it in their name.
