If you dont have heating elements in your window then I would just go to an automotive shop and they can cut you a piece since its flat.

expanding on William's post, I did that on my front WS. Cost was about $185 for them to cut and install one.

I have stacks of them, but I am on the wrong coast. If you don't care about heating elements, just get one from a series truck.

Im going ti have one cut locally out of safety glass and add heating element to it. kits are available on line.

I have all the glass out of a fiberglass top which should be identical to the hard to save the rear door. No wires in the glass.
