Good Idea to cover spare tire holes on SW

Any body have some good ideas to cover those nasty holes left when you remove your spare tire from a SW door. I'm having a hard time coming up with ideas. If you have pictures I would really appreciate seeing anything you guys have to offer.

The easiest thing to do is to put the plate back on and just use bolts to fill the holes.

Home depo or lowes sell plastic/rubber plugs, it is by the nuts and bolts sections. you pop in the rubber part and then the plastic which pushes the rubber up against the metal edge. The look like little eyes and come in different sizes. I used them to plug the holes on the ST rear brake bracket that goes over the spare tire when I removed it.

Like Clay, I use the little plastic plugs. They have a very clean appearance, and a 5/16" plug pops perfectly into an 8mm hole. Button head hex drive stainless screws also look good, and I use them both depending on what I'm doing.
