Getting Married....Can anyone help?

I am taking the big plunge! I asked her to marry me and I have talked the future wife into, instead of a limo to take the d-90 and the dog from the Church to the reception! The problem is that it is a station wagon and we want to do it (drive the defender) with the top off. I have had the top off several times but really want to have the st look so I am looking for the following:
NAS Full roll cage and condition, or pieces that I can make one from.
NAS Tailgate, any condition, my dad is a body man so I can work on it.
NAS st doors
Alpine bar
If any of you all have some of these pieces you can part with please let me know. I really want this to work but have limited funding, I am not looking for a giveaway but any help would be appreciated. Please e-mail me Byron.Straw@unco.edu if you have anything, or know of anything. Thanks for all of your help in advance.

Dude, there's gotta be someone who would lend the use of their soft top for your special day - I know I would if I was in the area - I'd even drive.

Someone with a soft top should step up to the plate!

I was thinking the same thing! There are enough Defenders in the CO area to pull that off.

ECR Beach Runner...hhhmmm.

WOW! thanks everyone for offering! She has told me that if we do the 90 it needs to be mine due to all of the memories we have had in it. Now the only problem is the getting it past the mother in law, ha. Plus this gives me the oppertunity to do the conversion I want to do. I figured I owe this to myself, God I hope she dosent read this....

Create a few new memories in Brad's... He'll never know, then when you see him on the trail, you could smile and think back on fond memories...

It's worth the effort...

My wife even let me put a rover on top of the wedding cake! It seemed appropriate, with then inscription "Taking the Plunge' on the plaque, LOL!

The pewter 'Taking the Plunge' Rover? Bought it back in '98 from an outfit in the UK, I think I paid more to ship it than I did for the model, if I remember correctly, but after the (at the time) fiance approved it, what was I to do? LOL!

There was one on Ebay a few months back... I lost it by less than a dollar.

Drove away from my wedding in the Defender. After we got a shot of my wife hanging off the back ladder in her wedding dress.........I will have to find it and post. Years later it is one of the things people seem to remember about our wedding......
