Gems disco donor

I have a 110 build that I need a good running disco drive train for. I don't care how ugly or rusty it is, just needs to be a strong runner. I have been surfing craigslist and come up empty the past several weeks. Automatic of course, the lower the mileage the better.

Doug, I have a 90k 3.9/auto '95- used the front axle and steering box, but it is a roller with the RHD axle under it. text me if it will work for you.

Also a '95 NAS90 w/ 96k- has an R380, but I have other autos as well...

Have... outside Boston. Heading to the scrap yard when I decide to dig it out.. could be soon could be late spring. 247k but runs the tits.. wouldn't hesitate driving anywhere. Typical leaks and rust.

97' D1 autobox w/ 247k but extensive repair history.. this was my daughters and I never feared that it would fail her.

$300

and a 98 P38 but I don't think it fits the bill.

While that's tempting, transport costs to get that to me in Va would be ugly. I have two of these I'm building for Nantucket residents. The first truck I'm pulling a perfectly good 4.0 out of a 98 lse and sending to AB as a core for one of their 4.6's. I will use the wiring harness, ecu, manifolds, ancillary's as well as the steering and trans out of that donor.

The second build isn't quite the same budget. Engine needs to be a good one.

Yeah, the p38 wiring harness is different enough that it makes no sense to try to get it to work in a defender.

Yea, yea, I get that- but didn't know the particulars of the build- just trying to help as Doug warrants such- perhaps a donor for a 4.6, or core or ???

I'm up in Boston next week, so I could get it for you then bring it down to DC mid March when I'm there. Just putting it out there...
