Fuel Catch Tank for NAS 110

Looking for that thing that goes up under the right rear fender. LR part #ESR2066. Mine is so badly rusted fuel runs out if I fill the tank.

Yeah, mine disintegrated in my hands when I removed it. They are awfully expensive new. ECR said most of them come in like that, so its hard to find them used. Best of luck finding a good second hand one though. You might check with Dale...

Is there any chance this can be replaced with the little vapor separator from the d-90? I'm expecting the answer is "no" but I thought I'd float the question. Mine was disintegrated also, so I'm thinking of maybe getting a stainless hotrod radiator overflow tank and making it work, but before I got to real effort I'd sure like to know what others have done.

Thanks Pendy - I've got one of the d-90 sitting around, so I thought I'd verify whether or not it will work. If it won't (and I might just try it) I'll get back with you about raiding your stash.

Since people are pulling this apart does anyone know what this is?

Ron said that this vapor tube should connect to the front along the frame rail but I see nothing where it would do that and it did not fall off anywhere.

I believe that's just the breather. Little one-way valve allows air in, but not out. The platic unit on the d-90 has a similar piece.
