Disco 2 "Mesh"

Not for a Defender, but I know that some of you either own or deal with Discos. This is for my 99 Disco 2. (I am trying here because Disco Web sucks most of the time)

The part that you see inside the circle (see attached pictures), I was told it's called "the mesh". I didn't find a part number because apparently it's part of the whole air filter assembly and it is sold as one piece. I don't want to buy the whole assembly if possible, only "the mesh". Mine is missing.

Thanks!

Used ones are typically junk, only good option is to buy new. Some people just tape it.

If I had mine, I would probably tape it for now, but I have nothing.

Do you have it in stock?

Try Will Tillery. I haven't heard much from him recently and wonder if he's still in the Rover recycling business.

If Will can't help, try Scottie the BECM Doctor.

becmdoctor.com

His specialty is actual P38 Range Rovers. But the engine components should all be the same.

Tony, I'll check the one in my D2 to see if it's useable. Shoot me an email tomorrow morning if you haven't found anything
