Diff Guard

Looking for a front diff guard. Just the bolt on cheapo one. Wanted to see if anyone had a used here before I bought one online. On that note, where can I find the cheapest decent diff guards?

If you are going off road dont go cheap.

I have seen and used cheap and they dont last.

better to weld something on or get southdown or something along that line.

I have a front QT diff guard that needs to be straightened, you also need to weld on two tabs to your diff. Someone from this board ( I won't mention names ) installed it but never welded the front tabs and bent it a bit.

New ones gor for $100, I'll let it go for $40 plus shipping. It's almost brand new, just a bit bent. I can get some pics this weekend if you'd like.

I know the weld on is better long term. In all honestly I wanted to go bolt on cause I know I'd get too lazy to weld on a diff guard.

I like my galvy RN one. It looks great hanging on the wall of the kitchen. Have to slap it on before Winter Romp.

I just posted a set for sale: http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ad.php?t=24001
I've used them on my d-90 for 6-7 years, maybe more. The front one on a d-90 would never come off due to the pitman. The rear, it would be a good idea to tie some stainless wire to it for retention:
