D-90 V8 Lower radiator mounts will to pay for fab

I need a set of 2 lower radiator mounts that will help me affix a V8 radiator to a D-90 frame. Some one cut them off the frame I have. I am willing to pay for someone's time to fabricate these. Thank you.

Clay, let me look later but I might have these for you (cut off a D90 frame)

Sorry, looks like I either gave away that front crossmember, or threw it out in a random moment of non-hoarding clarity.

The brackets themselves are very simple if you want to take a shot at making some. I can take pictures of a set exposed if you'd like.

Clay, I'll post it here so everyone can benefit, but let me know if you need more detail. I put a bunch of pictures here

http://gallery.lhsw.com/d90_v8_radiator_mounts

Critical measurements in case it's not clear from the pictures:

3/4" hole - will need a grommet. ID will be whatever the OD of the pins on the bottom of the radiator are
19" center to center on the holes - verify with pins on your radiator
3" from center of hole to inside of frame rails (or make sure radiator is centered side to side)
2.5" from back of front cross member to center of hole
bracket is 2" high at the hole, but is level with the wing tops (front crossmember slopes down) so the front is more like 2 1/8" and the rear 1 7/8"
top of bracket is approx 1 3/16 x 1 9/16"

I think the rest of the construction isn't really important, but the pictures show how they are constructed.

Hey Clay:

I just whipped up a bracket using some scrap 2x3 .120" tubing. It fits the dimensions listed above. If its good enough I'll make another and you can have them for the price of shipping. I've even got the grommets from my rangie (which doesn't have the brackets by the way). I dont have a .75" hole saw but if you drill the hole in the center of the bracket it will be 2" from the chassis. Pic is of the bracket on the rangie front x member which I assume has the same slope as the d90.

Yup that's all you should need. The original is gusseted, but if your 2x3 stock is a little thicker it's probably just fine.

Daniel,
Heck yeah just let me know where to send funds. I think I may have a 3/4 in hole saw. Between you and Charles - this has been an awesome thread.

I would like to thank both of you for all of your help.
Clay
