D-90 Hardtop

I have a '95 D-90 and am looking for a hard top that is in good shape. I live in Southern CA, so if it's local, I can come and pick it up. Otherwise, I would need help with shipping. Thanks.

My truck was originally from Santa Monica and has a hardtop. PO had it for security reasons along with a HOFCO anti car jack setup because he frequented the Baja and other Mexican destinations.

good points. plenty of them in LA but I can't imagine buying it now unless the truck had it to begin with.

I had mine on for security/practicality when it was my daily driver. It's a pain to not be able to leave anything in your truck. Especially here in LA where there is always someone looking to grab your stuff.

Come on Brian that thing was never a daily driver. I bought a tuffy and it solved the leaving crap in truck security issue. That thing is super deep for laptops, cans of rhino lining, gold bars, etc

theres no way in hell i would leave a 2k laptop with all my info in it in a metal tuffy box in los angeles california. Tuffy boxes can, and will, be broken into. And, the heat will melt the laptop.

The kids wanted more warmth in the winter time when we take it to the mountains. For me, it's partly for security.

You are right. Typically I leave it under the back seat. I typically leave the dog in the truck. Not that he is scary but most people won't break into a car with a dog looking at you. Same reason I won't have sex in front of him. Shame
