If you have a used y-pipe with cats in good shape, I'm interested.

Ember, what's the purpose of this? Do you not have a Y-pipe? You can bring your old one to a muffler shop with your provided Magnaflow 94004 cats and have them welded in. You also do not say which year this is for or anything useful like that. You can easily source a Y-pipe from a D-1 from '94-95 if your D90 is from those years, or the 96-99 variant if you have a '97.

Provide more details and you'll get more help.

Ember, what are you putting this in? Depending on the vehicle you can use one from a disco1. Tillery is close to you too.

Charles, do you always just say what I say but in different words now?

Sorry, I have a habit of scanning threads and opening tabs for ones that look interesting, then working through them. I guess I should refresh before replying.

Sorry for the lack of details, I need a y-pipe for my 1997 D90 . I actually had one (with the 4 O2 sensors) and a few months back decided to clean out my garage and recycled it.

OK so if you already have a 1997 D90, then you likely already have a Y-pipe installed but I'm assuming it has a bad cat, right? Just have a muffler shop weld in some new cats, if that's what has gone wrong with your current set-up.

ESR4106 should be the same across the DI '96-99 as your '97 D90.

It's even referenced on AB as the same. Have Will Tillery or the like pull you one if you want used or if you don't already have the Y-pipe.

But basically, buying some new magnaflows as I said before, and having them welded into your current y-pipe is probably the cheapest and most long-term fix for you.

I just bought this d90 and it has no y-pipe, thus my need for one. I actually need a complete exhaust but thought I'd buy an oem y-pipe and a borla or nrp rear.

I have a set of cats and y-pipe from a 96 DI (4 O2 sensors) for $250 plus shipping. Cats are not rattling.
