cheap soft top needed

I sold my besttop this summer thinking that since I was going to use my D90 only for offroad trips that my Surrey top would provide all the protection I need(I garage it). Well now I'm going to sell the rig so I need a another soft top. I am looking for a Best top with ok windows and that is in ok condition as long as it keeps the occupants away from the elements. Minor tears are ok as long as they don't effect the top's ability to do its job. let me know if you have one and what you want for it.

thanks

Joe

I've got some spare windows if someone has an okay top to put them in.

But it's a '95...don't know if your '94 will take 'em.

See if anyone getting a new Badger is looking to get rid of theirs...I think I saw that thread somewhere.
Good luck, welcome to the windows again.

I have a 95 Bestop with no windows and a repair/tear. All in all it's in good shape though.

The tear/repair is near the bottom of the rear flap(drivers side rear). It's about 3cm long and is along a seam. I used the top with the tear and it worked fine. As far a a picture I can work on that. To see the tear I'll need some sunlight. I'll try and get home before sunset tomorrow.

sean,

just send me the pics when you get a chance. Has the tear been repaired? has the rail attachment at the bottom come off? Thanks

The tear was repaired and then it tore again. The repair was not what I would call quality work though. The rail attachment is still attached and working. The tear is at the juncture of the plastic and the stitching. I'll get you a pic ASAP.

You'd be amazed what some dental floss, a mattress needle and a tent repair kit can do for a rip in a top!
