Brake Servo and Master Cylinder

For my birthday I received a later model brake pedal box (one of Safari HPs new parts) and I'd like to get this thing installed. I need the appropriate brake servo and master cylinder. According to Safari HPs post regarding the boxes, these are for the later Brake Boosters / Masters 94-95 / 97 NAS, Td5, 300 TDI etc. Any one have an appropriate used servo and/or master cylinder in good condition? Thanks!
