I got some Boosts off of a Disco in the local junk yard for $18.99 each. I had to pay $19.99 for each for the junk tires, but I can return the tires to get my money back. I've seen a few 1998 LSE Disco's on CL for sale for less than $800. You could buy one of those, take the wheels, and scrap or part out the rest.
