You don't have to register it to be copyrighted (though it certainly helps), you merely have to sell one out of state to own the copyright (I looked in to this when my ex was doing patent/trademark suits).
Just because someone is selling stickers that are copies of the BKP design that doesn't mean he's not violating copyright.

Ok so Ive only every owned early Series trucks with inboard lights. Now that I have a late IIA I have way too much empty grill space. Need a badge. Anyone got one or can we get enough requests together to convince the guy to do another run of them?

The Bloody Knuckles Pub is a nickname for the LRO mailing list. IMO sporting one of the grill badges when you're not a member of the list is sort of like wearing a Hard Rock Cafe t-shirt when you never go there.
People do both I'm sure, but I don't see the point.

Not sure how you can tell from my post that I wasn't a member of the list but never had an interest in any kind of badge before owning a series with lights on the wings. Just like ive been to plenty of Hard Rocks but never bought a t shirt Im open to any other cool looking badge just trying to fill some real estate.

I have a drawer full of these things. I am afraid if I mount them people will steal them.

LOL My wife is always commenting how hard it is to find in shops a decent St George's Cross sticker for her Discovery.
