Badger coachworks fabric samples

Anyone have a set of badger fabric samples that you could let me use or have?

Planning to buy a badger and would like to see how the anthracite and the tans look against my Stratos blue 90.

Would also like to see the plastic options for the windos.

I can send them back when done if you want to keep them.

Thanks,

Dave

I think I still have my sample kit from Chris from when I ordered my top from him...........4 months ago. I called a few weeks ago and he said he'd put mine at the top if the, "slated to be built" pile. Ordered anthracite Porsche fabric. I would think I'll be receiving my completed top pretty soon, so you may be able to see an entire top in person. PM me for the samples (and your shocks). -Jay

Dave,

I just mailed the sample booklet and price list to you. I thought that it was mailed, but I was mistaken.

Just a plug for the anthracite; I love it. Definitely a great top on a black truck IMO.

Awesome

Having a hard time deciding what color will look good with my Stratos blue 90 and the swatches will really help the decision process.

Leaning towards one of the Tans or possibly Anthracite, just worried Anthracite will be too hot without A/C

I took some temperature readings on a black badger top that we installed last week at 3pm after sitting in the sun all day. The temp reached 160 degrees on the outside of the top deck! It was 160 on the center console and the windows had been shut. I think I am going to start taking temp readings on all the colors as we get the chance.

That's a good point- never thought about color choice affecting interior temps. My roof rack has an aluminum floor- I think that should deflect the most direct rays, decreasing temp..and hopefully extend the life of the top too.

I think tan twill would look the best. Oak is too light and Sandlewood looks too dark. (I held up the swatches to my new 110).

Lookin' good Dave. I'm pretty sure I've got a swatch booklet around somewhere if you still need it. I've got a tan BII GK on my 90 if you want to look at it. Go tan, you won't regret it.

I love the anthracite and I am sure a tan would look good. The only issue I have with the lighter colors are they show stains. Bird crap etc leaves nasty looking marks where as black hides it. With that said I just scrubbed my top for the first time in 2 years and the stains came out.

Go with the tan. Just my opinion but the anthracite looks like faded black.

But you drive a jeep so your opinion doesn't count.
