Arles Blue Hood

Preferably used, but in good shape (and without a pentagram carved in the metal, like mine). Yes, I still want one.. bad.

I have a couple bonnets - and the painter is shooting Arles on my truck...

Shipping may make it more $$ than you like though.

Yep, in Mclean, of all places. Probably some clown from Arlington.

Yep, it won't, but my paint is shit, so I'm happy with a used one.. Down the road, I'll do my frame swap and respray the whole thing.. For now, anything that doesn't look like crap, i.e. what I have right now, would be perfect.

Thanks - yeah, that will make it crazy expensive - and I'd really like to get a used one.

Is the pentagram just a deep scratch in the finish, or is the bonnet actually physically ruined?

If it's just a deep scratch, then some glazing putty and a thin layer of rattle can is a quick fix, especially if you're planning to repaint the hood at some point. The rattle can and glazing putty can be removed easily when refinishing the bonnet.

looks like a screwdriver was used, generally pretty bad. bunch of other problems to boot. my doors are even worse (thanks PO), but I have awesome new used doors that match my overall paint crappiness.
