Anyone want to donate a center cubby or 4in amber lights to a good cause?

The build a rover team from the R.O.V.E.R.S. club is looking for 4in D90 front ambers (with bulb holders and harness if possible--ie from an ECR LED conversion, four if possible, but we would be happy with two) and a used D90 center cubby. Obviously since we are asking for free we are not expecting pristine condition on the cubby.

We have all come together to recondition a SIII 88in and these would go well for us (the original SIII 4in ambers are unobtainium so D90 style will work well) and we have two seats but not a middle seat so the cubby will fit the spot perfectly. I personally have donated a series seat box, a D90 front bumper, some misc odds and sods and already 10 hours of labor on the first day and will be including an Alpine CD player and some speakers if we get a cubby).

Once the truck is completed (we did a good showing for the first day, hope to have some pics soon) we will auction it off on ebay to benefit the club and the SPCA (club members decided that an animal related charity would be best).

Ron

I picked up a D-90 over the weekend ('95 Beluga ST); as soon as I start tearing it down you can have the center console. (I assume that is what you meant? haha) btw, anybody have a good source for Tuffy products?

Cool, there are a few tears in the vinyl but is structurally sound... let me know what else you could use as this is going to be completely torn down/transformed...

Ron I got one of those cubby boxes as well from a 94 D90, it does have like material missing from one or some of the edges but its solid, even has the platic radio cover that flips out. I guess MEU is technically closer to ya, let me know what ya wanna do.

Ron, I have at least one decent genuine cubby that I can bring over to Bill's next Saturday. No lights though.
Bryan, I did a quick look this am and Rovers North has them for $299, Tuffy's site has them for $292. As RN offers me a wholesale price they obviously have some room to move and I need 2 consoles for some of the projects here. Maybe they'll offer free shipping, but that's no small thing due to the size and weight! I'll call RN today to ask about a group buy and start a new thread.

Trevor, that should work great. I will get the CD player to Tom somehow as I can't make it to Bill's this weekend.
