Man- those are 100 bucks more than we used to buy them for on ebay.

Yeah I don't think he sells them on eBay anymore either. Guy in LI bought one on eBay a while ago for his 200tdi and it was a smokin deal.

Also waiting to hear from allards about their hi capacity ones that cover the rad.
Did you learn anything more about the double (80%) option? I noticed that Allisport themselves don't sell it on ebay, they only sell the smaller one. Was wondering whether it's worth the price difference. Both are available here by the way http://www.firstfour.co.uk/search?qs=allisport+defender

I ordered it a few weeks ago, it should be installed in a few weeks. I will report back. I went with the 80%

Great, thanks. Where did you end up sourcing it?

Has anyone taken a stab at looking into performance improvement with the Allisport? Their claim of 40+ bHp increase seems suspect. I have not done the math, but just ballparking it seems unlikely...

I installed the oversized full width intercooler and it is amazing. Got it from Randy (tdiguy) who is a partner with Allisport and somehow gets stuff delivered in spite of their anti-sales department.

Randy is a great guy and easy to deal with.

What are you guys using for fan shrouds with the big aluminum radiators? The stock shroud doesn't fit this Allard and the radiator doesn't seem to have any mounting holes for a shroud anyway.

Positive plug for Randy. I tried to get in contact with Allisport for a long while to get a full size 200tdi radiator and intercooler. They were fairly unresponsive and said the stuff was on back order. When I visited my wife's parents back in the UK I tried to get it shipped locally but still back ordered. I returned to the US and when I asked Randy he shipped me an intercooler almost instantly and got a radiator from overseas in under three weeks. Prices were on par and the shipping was fast.

I'm slowly piecing it together but have had to build my own intercooler pipes and radiator hoses and will maybe get a picture when I finish putting it together.

I have an electric fan setup.

Chris my rads usually have bosses welded on them to attach a custom alloy shroud with electric fan or if you want to run stock shroud the frame comes with the proper provisions.
Let me know if I can help.

NAS D90 Radiator

Just received my quote from Allisport for a drop in on the NAS 97D90. About $850 plus $125 for shipping. An RN radiator is about $750 w/o shipping.
