AC pulley tensioner

I ordered the wrong pulley from AB. I need the pulley that fit a 94 with AC.
I bought this one: http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/ETC6159.cfm
And I need one that look like this by Friday!

A/C pulley

Dan... mine went out in Moab a few years ago. I took off the same as in your pix and went to NAPA. They had one very close. As I somewhat recall, the collered bolt would not fit. I went to the hardware store and found a normal bolt the proper thread and length. The bolt was a slightly sloppy fit, but the head would tighten down on the bearing and not the rotating pully. Installed and fine now for 3 years. Part...Drive Allign-90mm-#38003

Great! So NAPA has a pulley just like this one you are saying? And then all i need is a new bolt to secure the pulley onto the arm right? Do you remember the part number from NAPA?

is this the part?

or this right?

Dan... the part number is in my post. It has a sticker on the box that sez-----NAPA, belts hose, 38003. Then on end of box---DriveAlign-groove idler pulley-90mm. As I said it is not an exact replacement because the bolt hole is a different size. The bolt I used would wobble in the hole but the pulley will tighten solid when the head of the bolt tightens .I think you will see what I mean when you get the new bolt

Yeah I called NAPA and they have one in stock. Thanks so much. I have to drive 4500 miles on it in the next 2 weeks so I thank you!

Do you remember the bolt size too? No worries if you don't

If NAPA doesn't work I have a used one. Don't know how many miles are on it, came from a 90 that we updated the AC on.

I will know tomorrow morning if the NAPA pulley doesn't work. If not, I will give you a call and see if I can get that to NY asap.

Bearing and or pulley. I think I have the pulley someone but might have gotten rid of it because the bearing seize/melted to the pulley. I can't remember. I have a pulley in place but it on it's way out because it is slight off size.

Anything will help! Thanks.

Yup V-belt style for the A/C pulley. not the idler pulley way down.

Charles, I none of these guys have it then i will hit you up after vacation. I'm not in a rush, and its still drivable and yes... its only the A/C so no worries.
