Those knobs are common in old British cars and many aftermarket AC systems. Try one of these:

Or hunt around for the perfect match in old rover cars, MG's, etc.

George at RDS had vents before he sold off his inventory to Safari HP, you could give them a call but I'm not sure they've fully assimilated the RDS stuff though.

Does anyone know if classic Rangie vents will fit the Diavia system? Or is it Wynn's? I forget.

I don't know about the louvre, long NLA, but you could probably find something else that works. Here's some knobs that are pretty close to the originals:

The ones with white paint Jim linked to are a closer match. The others are chrome. It's Wynn's.

Geez who owned this thing?! Never seen someone enlarge the vent openings that much just to fit the (incorrect) RRC A/C vents. Unfortunately I have a feeling that the vent(s) you're looking for that would be "correct" for your 1995 system will actually no longer fit if the PO enlarged all of the vent holes to fit those non-spec vents in the past.

So was the 1995 year A/C different?
My 1997 D90 A/C vents are exactly the same vents as my 1993 RRC LWB!
Exactly.

Yeah, 94, 95, and 97 were all different. Diavia, Wynn's, and Elite if I've got it right. The first two were genuine add-on packages, but the 97 was just an under dash and hose setup. All 97s came with the compressor as standard due to the serpentine belt setup on the 4.0 motor.

There are distinctive visual differences. Early systems had the controls in a small box above the clock pod in the middle of the dash. Later, the controls were integrated into the AC fascia. 97 added an LR logo and improved the overall look.
