4CU refurbished and

a refurbished Lucas 5A Air flow meter. Anyone know anyone doing this? Or that sells them anymore?

My D90 has a 2002 Disco 4 in it, connected to a 4cu (not a 13 o4 14) connected to a Lucas 5A Air Flow Meter, and there is some stuttering at times at low RPMs.

The last owner assumed the low throttle response was from a smaller V8, only to find after an engine swap, it was no better.

Any thoughts?

Find a LR test document and run though the test procedures. Google is generally your friend.

Stumbling at low RPM is generally a problem with air idle control mechanisms ...

try reading this ... http://www.jcna.com/forums/view.php?...0&Vthread=6585

swapping out the Air flow meter on the basis of assumptions is an expensive way to troubleshoot a proble.
