Dave, the 300 is the only one with the top cover. Can you send me a pic and let me know what you want for it?

Defender or Disco, they are the same..

I have one I would sell, its not pretty but could be scrubbed and dressed up I am sure. What it might be worth is a mystery though.

these are 300tdi parts that will fit the disco version of the 200tdi but not the defender one.
I paid about $30 for the last used one I bought.

Jim, Thanks for clarifying that. I was under the impression these were actually released just before the 300tdi came out - and found their way onto the 'last' of the 200tdi disco's - I just didn't know if there were differences between a genuine 200 or 300.

What is your email address? I'll take some pics in daylight tomorrow and send em over.

Here is a Zip file with some decent sized pics of my cover.

http://www.davecoxon.co.uk/300_tdi_cover.zip

This actually stands me at $60 as I bought it on ebay UK when the exchange rate was over 2:1, and it was the best I could find as most looked pretty beat up....

Shipping from Michigan to 90210 (the only far-away Zip code I know) is $11.50 with delivery confiirmation by priority mail. So, how does $60 delivered sound? Is that asking too much? If it isn't worth that to anmyone, I'll probably keep it as I've got a 300tdi sat in England that'll come over once I've re-settled later this year so will have a use for it ultimately.

I guess Randy has first dibs as he was the first to ask!

That's not so bad. If Randy doesn't want it I'll take it at 60 shipped. How it it supposed to attach anyway? Just glued to the engine? Press fit?
