Sure do, both new and used, but you will not be able to fit it unless you like the knife

Here is a link to a 200 into a 109 we are doing right now. We used the 200 rad in a modified defender rad frame. The rad is offset to the motor and the fan clutch is sacked in favor of a ele fan.

Not shown yet is the intercooler. We use a Mini Cooper 2011 ( I think) inter cooler with some custom pipes. Works great.

I've seen some guys fit a TD5 intercooler infront of the S3 thin radiator upfront. Inlet and outlet wrap around the S3 easy. The fit is much better than a 300/200tdi rad + intercooler.

what do they do with the oil cooler lines? the series 3 radiator doesn't have the oil cooler built in like the 300 tdi rad does.

Good point. That us why we stuck with the 200 or 300 rad.

The td5 intercooler is a great idea, I will look into that a bit.

David,
Can you by any chance post the exact core dimensions for a 300tdi radiator (mine is a disco but I believe only the frame is different, the radiator itself is the take). I'd like to order a replacement core at some point, but I need the dimensions to avoid having to pull it, measure it, order it, wait, then pull it again.

I guess you could use the 300tdi rad instead of the S3 radiator. You could block off the oil cooler lines too but not sure how hot the engine would get with them blocked off.

Here is one with a 200 radiator. you can see they just cut into the backside of the radiator frame.

I have a 300Tdi radiator without the intercooler if you want just that... used for all of like 500 miles before I went and purchased the entire assembly. Basically good as new.

You can always use one of those inexpensive add-on auto tranny coolers for the oil and keep your SIII raditaor...I have a Td5 intercooler laying around if you want it....or do what I did, there are thousands of generic intercoolers on Ebay, you can find one that will fit.....you'll have to fab brackets anyway....I doubled the size of my intercooler for under 100 bucks compared to 600 plus for a intercooler out of UK....
