200tdi PAS parts

I need the pulley, mounting plate (Plate, not the bracket) and possibly pump, but can live without the pump from a Defender 200tdi.
Thx, Matt

Can replace / trade for new parts later if needed .....just looking to get this sorted asap and cant wait for the slow boat from UK.

I have the plate from a disco and the plate the from a 1984 Ninety, 5 bearing 2.25P. I can dig them out this evening to see if one will match up.

I have the disco plate which doesn't really work. I think George may have a plate for me but have yet to confirm. I have a pulley coming from UK but really can't wait 'till it gets here. Nothing like a last minute PAS conversion LOL. Any help is much appreciated.

Dave, the parts from the 2.25 are all the same things I'd be looking for I think. As are any 2.5 petrol / na or turbo diesel. Pretty much all will work.

best belt for this setup is a 3VX280 (dayton # 2L379), it is semi-avail and about 711 mm OD, you will need to bump the starter to get it on but it will keep the PS pump well away from the frame rail as the other belts ive found did not.

Good luck

Thanks for the part # Matt. I've done the conversion before and that belt was a PITA to find.

Hey Matt.. I know that I just got beat out of a 200TDI motor that was for sale in the parts section...I know Adrian bought it for a conversion from a 200TD system... Not sure if it has the pump on it but I am sure if he is not using it he may help you out.. The motor was being sold by BOBCAT110.. Hope this helps..

matt

send me a PM or post on here if you still need it. I didn't get a chance to dig for it tonight due to unplanned circumstances.

Thx DB, Adrian is sending me up some parts from his motor, which I am trading for the new parts I have coming next week.........winter Romp deadlines LOL. It's all good fun! (right?) and once again the D90 source came through for me big time! (thx Shayne and Adrian).

I hope your "unplanned circumstances" were a good thing.

If anyone can tell me the inner and outer diameter of the crush washers on the early type banjo fitting that would be awesome, it would save me a trip tonight to reseal my leaky fitting
