200tdi defender compatible snorkel

Ive got a RHD 110 with a defender 200tdi. Id like to put a snorkel on it. I only have the stock airbox, i am missing the intake tube that would connect to the airbox intake

Another option is to put a Mantec NAS snorkel, I have that on my 110 200Tdi

And if your box is on the LH of the engine ( as it should ) you only have to use the short hose from the wing to the air intake box

( IMO is the best solution as it stays out of the way and not a hank of plastic on the side of the wing... but what do I know )

This is the style that im looking for. I have an early truck so there is no side hole on the wing for the intake. I would like to use the top heater duct if at all possible.

Then call Lucky8 and get a NAS one

When I had Shrek ( no roll cage ) I had a NAS snorkel and I mounted the rings to the Windscreen frame as the holes I am sure they are there already

The Mantec comes with both hoses ( long and short ) so yes you will have the set up alla NAS with the hose accross the engine

Or you could do like the camel trophy 110 did...the intake for a LHD 110 was through the fender but the intake hose for a RHD went through the left rear corner of the hood...that way you could keep the heater box intake runner...
