I would recommend getting the whole kit with the springs and wires. A lot of the time the plastic that the button snaps into gets worn out and the horn buttons will fall out again. I haven't had much success with the aftermarket buttons.

I teach her just to stay out of their way...it can be quite an adventure around here...those stupid buttons are placed in the most asinine position on the wheel.
