200 tdi air con bits

Anyone buy a 200 tdi and remove the A/C bracket? Would like those as well as the tensioner. The crank pulley would be the icing on the cake. Just wishing on a star.

I searched high and low and was never able to find a compressor bracket. It was very easy to install a generic one though for a generic compressor if you're at all interested. Someone on here was selling tensioners not that along ago-you may want to do a search.

Yes, thanks Doug. I have a line on some used bits on Ebay Uk for thirty pounds.
The AC blower will have to go in a center cubby box. Alternately can go in an overhead box of some sort like in my old VW bus. The under dash stuff from a D won't fit cuz the footwell shape is a little different.

I thought there was a guy on RN that put AC in the tool locker of the seatbox of his 109. He routed the vents to blow forward towards the legs of the font seat occupants and rearward toward the 2nd row. He utilized vintage air components or some such.
